Why MBCT & DBT?
Healing from trauma requires more than just talk—it requires tools. By combining Mindfulness (MBCT) and Distress Tolerance (DBT), this group helps you quiet the noise of intense emotions and reconnect with your body.
As you cultivate a sense of internal safety and self-compassion, you’ll find you have the strength to challenge old beliefs and set the boundaries you deserve. Emerging Butterflies is designed to help you stabilize your nervous system, moving you from a state of constant survival into a life of confidence and peace.
We are honored to walk this path with you!
