Meet Your Therapist Britt Verstegen, LMSW, LSAA
This virtual group is led by Britt Verstegen, LMSW, LSAA, a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and affirming space for female-identified and female-aligned trauma survivors. Guided by the belief that “you are the hero of your own story and the expert of your own life,” Britt centers her work on safety, sincere respect, and cultural humility. In addition to four years of clinical mental health experience, she brings 25 years of teaching experience, extensive intercultural knowledge, and a lifelong commitment to research, writing, art, and mindfulness practice. Whether you are seeking connection, coping skills, or a supportive community that understands the impact of trauma, you are welcome to participate at your own pace in this compassionate and confidential virtual space.
