Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (W2)
Are you an independently licensed therapist looking for a practice
where you can focus on what you do best, providing exceptional care, while enjoying flexibility, autonomy, and consistent client referrals?
Lighted Path LLC is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced, independently licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. We’re looking for a clinician who is excited to build and maintain a full caseload of approximately 25–30 client sessions per week through a combination of in-person and telehealth
services.
What You’ll Do
– Provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and/or adults.
– Maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 25–30 client
sessions each week.
– Offer both in-person services at our Albuquerque office and virtual
therapy sessions.
– Complete timely and accurate documentation.
– Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based
therapeutic interventions.
– Collaborate with our supportive team while maintaining clinical independence.
– Deliver compassionate, ethical, client-centered care.
What We’re Looking For
– Active New Mexico independent clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
– Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
– Ability to provide both in-person services in Albuquerque, NM, and telehealth appointments.
– Interest in maintaining a steady caseload of 25–30 client sessions per week.
– Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
– Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
