Emerging Butterflies

Support Group for Female-Identified and Feminine-Aligned Trauma Survivors

Reclaim your narrative in a safe, supportive space. Emerging Butterflies is an intimate, 16-week virtual process group designed for women and non-binary individuals navigating the healing journey of childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, or sexual assault.

Together, we integrate the calming tools of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with the powerful distress tolerance skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build a resilient foundation for the future.

Why MBCT & DBT?

Healing from trauma requires more than just talk; it requires tools. By combining Mindfulness (MBCT) and Distress Tolerance (DBT), this group helps you quiet the noise of intense emotions and reconnect with your body.

As you cultivate a sense of internal safety and self-compassion, you’ll find you have the strength to challenge old beliefs and set the boundaries you deserve. Emerging Butterflies is designed to help you stabilize your nervous system, moving you from a state of constant survival into a life of confidence and peace.

We are honored to walk this path with you!
