Beyond the Badge & Boots is an online informal Peer Support/Mentor groups created specifically for law enforcement and first responders navigating life during and after service.
This is a space to connect with people who understand the unique experiences, pressures, and transitions that can come with serving others.
A Place to Take Off the Armor
Law enforcement and first responder work can become a significant part of who you are.
When the uniform comes off, or the shift ends, the experiences don't necessarily stay behind.
You may be navigating:

Jeff brings his personal experience as a U.S. Marine veteran and 25 years of service with the Albuquerque Police Department to this group.
He understands the culture of service and the challenges that can come with transitioning between roles, careers, and life stages.
